Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you share with us
This policy has applied since September 22, 2026, and we’ll update the date here whenever something about it changes.
Accerent built this site to explain what CVH does and to give people a straightforward way to reach us. A quick note before anything else: Accerent is still in the process of becoming a formally incorporated company, expected in 2027. Until then, this site and everything on it is run by the founding team building it. Once incorporation is complete, this policy will be updated to reflect that directly. None of what follows changes in the meantime, it’s simply who stands behind it that will become more formal.
What we collect, and why
If you write to us through the Contact Us page, we ask for your name, phone number, and email address, along with whatever you choose to tell us in your message. We ask for that because it’s what we need to get back to you, and nothing about that changes based on who you are or where you’re writing from.
Separately, if you’ve allowed it, the site also notices general things about how it’s being used: which pages get visited, roughly how long people stay, and the kind of device and browser someone’s using. None of that is tied to your name. It exists purely so we can tell whether the site is actually working the way we intended, and fix it when it isn’t.
We don’t collect anything beyond that. No payment details, no health or biometric information, nothing sensitive by any definition.
What we do with it
A message you send us gets read by a person, who writes back. That’s the whole purpose behind collecting it, and we don’t use it for anything else, not marketing, not a mailing list, not analysis. If you’ve consented to analytics, that information helps us understand the site in aggregate, never you individually. And if the law ever requires us to hand something over to an authority, we will, because we have to, not because we want to.
Who sees it
Nobody outside the team running Accerent, except the handful of services that keep this site running: our hosting provider, our email delivery service, and an analytics tool, each of them bound by agreements that limit what they’re allowed to do with anything that passes through them. We don’t sell information, we never have, and we don’t hand it to advertisers or anyone whose business is collecting other people’s data.
How long we keep it
A message you send stays in our system long enough to be useful if you follow up, then it’s removed unless you’ve asked us to delete it sooner. Analytics data lives only in aggregate form after a short window, with nothing left that could be traced back to an individual visit.
What you can ask us to do
Wherever you’re writing from, you can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected if it’s wrong, or have it deleted. If you’re in the European Union or the UK, that also includes the right to a portable copy of your data, the right to object to how we’re using it, and the right to take a complaint to your local data protection authority if you’re not satisfied with how we’ve handled it. If you’re in California, the same rights apply under the CCPA, along with the right to know exactly what categories of information we hold and confirmation, plainly, that we don’t sell or share it. If you’re in India, the DPDP Act gives you the same access, correction, and erasure rights, and the right to withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. Since we’re still a founding team rather than a formally incorporated company, any grievance under Indian law can be raised through the Contact Us page in the meantime, and we’ll appoint a formal Grievance Officer once incorporation is complete.
However you’d like to reach us about any of this, the Contact Us page is the way in. We’ll ask a little information to confirm it’s really you before acting on a request, simply so nobody else can ask us to delete or hand over your data on your behalf.
A note on children
This site isn’t built for children, and we don’t knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.
How we protect what we hold
We encrypt information in transit and follow standard security practice for everything we store. No system anywhere is completely immune to risk, and if something ever did go wrong, we’d tell the people affected and the relevant authorities, as the law requires.
If this policy changes
We’ll update the date at the top whenever we make a real change, and where the law asks us to tell you directly, we will.
